Ride-hailing in Doha

Uber, Badrgo and Ryde are the only authorised airport pickups; the zone is in the car park via Gate 3, not at the kerb.

Only three ride-hailing operators are authorised to pick up at Hamad International: Uber, Badrgo and Ryde. Pickups are allowed exclusively from the designated ride-hailing location, per the airport operator. Careem is not on the authorised list.

To reach the pickup zone from Arrivals: exit through Gate 3, cross the service roads into the multi-level parking facility, then follow the marked signs.

Uber operates 24/7 at DOH with UberX, Comfort, XL and reserve options; follow the in-app walking directions to the pickup point. Reserved rides carry a meet-your-driver window (45 min after flight arrival for UberX/Comfort/XL, 60 min for Black/Premier) before late fees apply.
