Total-package ranges for pilots, cabin crew, MRO engineers, ground and airport operations, commercial roles, and aviation training. Total package = base + housing + schooling + transport + end-of-service. Most Gulf packages are tax-free.

Pilots

Type-rated direct-entry First Officer	B	$95k – $150k	Premium for current type rating and recent line experience. Sign-on bonuses common in 2025–2026.
Cadet Pilot (post-line release, year 1 FO)	C	$55k – $85k	First year on the line. Increments through bond period to FO band-B levels.

Cabin crew
