Revenue management, network planning, marketing, finance, HR and the rest of the airline that never touches an aircraft. There is no regulator between you and the job, which makes the interview the entire gate rather than the last of several.
Entry requirements
What a named publisher says you must already have. Most readers pass or fail here, and finding out on this page costs nothing.

Selection process
Each stage carries its source where the publisher states one, and says so where none does.
Competency interview

Task or case
Commonly a written exercise or a presentation on a real commercial problem. Airlines are unusually numerate employers, and a candidate who cannot read a load factor or a yield table is exposed quickly.

Panel
With the hiring manager and a stakeholder from a department you would work with rather than for.

How to prepare
What nobody publishes: ask the employer
- No airline in the carrier directory publishes a stage list for corporate hiring, so the stages above are the general shape of the process rather than any named employer's published one, and they are marked accordingly.
- Competency frameworks differ by employer and are not aggregated here. Read the one on the careers site you are applying to.
